BE THERE
The week before the big day can be the most stressful. It is very important that you be around and available to the bride through this week and especially on the day of. You're her rock, and trust us she'll need you!

CHANNEL YOUR INNER PLANNER
As the Maid of Honor, it's your duty to spear head a few main events. This usually starts with the bridal shower and ends with the bachelorette party. You probably will have help from other people but it's your job to make sure every moment is special for the Bride to Be. Stay calm, start early and plan, plan, plan!

MAKE SURE TO KEEP EVERYONE INVOLVED
It's important that the MOH keeps all the bridesmaids involved in all bridal activities. It not only alleviates you of having to take on too much, but by delegating tasks it will make the other girls feel important and apart of the festivities.

TAKE CHARGE
Everyone wants a piece of the Bride on her big day, but it's your job to shield from all the questions and be the point person for everyone else. Her mind will be wandering in a million different directions, so it's also important for you to mind the schedule, be organized and keep the Bride on time as best as you can.

The day of the wedding will be extra stressful, which is why you need to be ready to do whatever you can to help, no matter how big or small. There will be a lot to do in a little time, and although you can plan until your hearts desire, some unexpected things are bound to come up. Just do what you can to stay on top of things and make sure every detail is covered to help the day go smoother.

DON'T WAIT TO WRITE YOUR SPEECH
Ohhh the famous MOH speech! It's one of the most treasured things you'll do at the wedding. And something that will be remembered for years to come, so you'll want to make it good. The easiest thing to do is to start preparing it early and don't wait until the last minute. Just put some heart in it and many a cute story you both share and everyone will love it.

KEEP THE JITTERS AT BAY
It's easy for the Bride to get anxious or stressed on the big day. Make sure to keep smiling and doing little helpful things to keep her wedding day jitters at bay. She'll thank you for your steady stream of reassurance and laughter.
