Katie & Sam's Pasadena Micro Wedding

Katie & Sam were set to wed Oct 24th of this year in Palm Springs. Renting out an entire venue/hotel so their guests could experience not only a beautiful wedding day, but a fun filled weekend full of activities and special moments.

Then covid hit. But we weren’t worried, Oct was SO far away. Then Coachella got postponed to her wedding weekend, skyrocketing hotel rooms to be triple, quadruple the amount they would have been. This was when we truly thought life would be back to normal by Fall. Haha, silly us.

Fast forward to countless phone calls, changing plans not once, not twice but three times and we ended up keeping their wedding date and replanning a very small, intimate micro wedding at a private club in Pasadena where Katie’s grandmother is a member. It wasn’t the original plan. But it was so incredibly perfect and I’m so happy that in the end, Katie & Sam got a celebration of their love despite everything else going on in 2020.
