Diana & Michael's Eagle Rock Wedding

Diana & Michael live in DC, and were planning a wedding in Eagle Rock, CA. They were planning it quite successfully actually, with the help of Diana's incredible family. In an effort to lighten the load on family and make the process a bit smoother, we got brought on board to help with those last min logistics, and we were beyond thrilled. Diana and Michael are probably the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Like ever. And their big day was nothing short of that. There were so many sweet moments, with joyful tears, and the biggest hugs. You could literally feel the love and emotion in the room the entire evening.The weather called for rain. Like most of the days in January this year. And our ceremony was set to be outside. There were backup plans set in place, but D & M wanted to risk the drizzle and profess their vows under the trees with the clouds rolling in overhead. I'm not going to lie... I was a little nervous. But they went with their gut and I'm so glad they did. The giant clouds rolling overhead, the sun peeking through, the guests all huddled up together... it was a magical moment to say the least. It was almost as if the heavens knew a great love was being unified in that moment and she was showing off in celebration just for them. The rest of the day was just as magical, from the incredible music and dancing to the delicious food and downright gorgeous florals done by the sister of the bride. It was a true family affair filled with so much love! Thank you D & M for trusting us with your special day, we loved working with you!
