Tasteful Tatters

Annika used to work for me years ago. She has the sweetest kindest heart and we’ve stayed in touch long after she left Tasteful Tatters to pursue other things - like moving to Hawaii for an epic adventure! So when she reached out about her upcoming wedding, I knew we would have so much fun.

And then covid happened and plans quickly changed. But you’ve heard this story before, so we’ll just skip to the fun part. Annika & Cameron found Ole Hanson Beach Club and it was the perfect backdrop for their love of the ocean and tropical vibes for their wedding day. We pulled so many personal details and elements that they love as a couple and even some fun things they love individually. Cam is a huge ultimate frisbee fan so as a surprise - Annika and I came up with a fun seating chart concept playing on his love for the game ;-)

Another super unique element to their big day was the fact that they incorporated a murder mystery into the event! Since it was such a small guest count and the families were meeting for the first time, they thought this would be such a fun way to get the guests interacting and having a blast - and let me tell you… I was skeptical at first. Like, WHAT?! But it was a HUGE success! Everyone got so into their characters and played the game so well. It was really fun to observe.
